Since 2016, we have delivered high-quality, classroom-based training in collaboration with a strong network of local schools.
Our vision—“excellence for all and working in partnership”—is at the heart of everything we do. With extensive experience in Initial Teacher Training, our carefully tailored programme, underpinned by the ITT Core Content Framework, equips trainees with the knowledge, skills, and professional support they need to succeed.
From day one, trainees become part of a school community, gaining practical, hands-on experience in either the Primary phase (ages 5–11) or Secondary phase (ages 11–16). They are supported throughout by expert mentors, including experienced class teachers and senior leaders.
We aim to develop teachers who are:
-
-
Committed to pupil progress and ambitious for their success
-
Reflective, inquisitive, and driven to improve their practice
-
Adaptable, confident, and ready to challenge inequality
-
Collaborative professionals who enrich and contribute to the wider teaching community
